What is Lip Tattoo?
Lip Tattoo is one of today’s most in-demand PMU techniques, designed to enhance the lips with soft, sheer Lip Blushing or a bolder Lipstick Effect. Using a precise, machine-based method, pigment is gently implanted to improve color, shape, and symmetry without harsh lines—creating naturally refreshed lips or a fuller, more defined look. With expert control and advanced shading movements, every result becomes a work of lip artistry.
With this technique, artists can also offer neutralization and Ombre effect results to minimize high presence of melanin in the lips area or to give lips a defined contour look.

To reserve a seat, students must submit a non-refundable $500 enrollment deposit. The remaining tuition balance must be paid in full no later than one day prior to the start of class. Unless otherwise stated, all classes are held in Rockville, Maryland.
